Seems he knew the stock would tank, therefore
did not want shares in his own company.
That was yet another red flag, imo.
All those shareholders that were given "restricted"
shares, then watched their capital evaporate, unable
to sell and recoup most of their "investment".
Everyone trading the stock took what they could,
leaving nothing for all these shareholders...a
lesson they won't forget, imvho.

Buy low...sell high.

In pennyland, most things are not as they "appear".
Know when to buy...know when to sell.
