A fallacy...
is to even TRY to say that Bryan Hunsaker, in the last YEAR he has had CONTROL of AERP, could not have made the changes we've discussed. By NOT changing, he is essentially PICKING THEM. The "baggage" is 570 million shares given to creditors. The "baggage" is the UCC filed by David K. Richards.
The "baggage" is the dirty shell that Aero merged into, that Javelin never cleaned up.
The "baggage" is the vague and misleading PRs with percentages but not raw figures.
The "baggage" is the constant CURRENT AND STAGGERED DEBT that plagues this company's balance sheet.
The "baggage" is the 3/4 of a million bucks owed to Hunsaker, who, unlike all the other original Aero shareholders sans just a very tiny amount, DID NOT CONVERT AT .035 to get shares.
THOSE are the fallacies. THOSE are the baggage.
IMO Aero is in trouble.
