The obvious question is what happened to the late 2001 battery prototype, the late 2002 catella proof of it, and the mid 2003 Frost and sullivan award of it. Why isn't that battery being OEM produced? The Sweden Group was supposed to manufacture it. Then WM and AS were in effect dismissed or in AS's case made so angry he resigns. Yet LB had promised to find a permanent replacement for LB. It became LB ver 2. Everything falls apart then. The law suit is begun by LB ver 2 against AS, yet LB ver 2 wasn't supposed to be running the company anymore. Now we are supposed to believe another battery needs to be developed based on the first one that is in litigation. It's not going to happen. How stupid do you think we are. Now I suppose a better battery can be developed with better pasted plates, but if the first battery is ready to go, that's the first one to get manufactured. Worry about a better version to manufacture later on. However the first battery can't be manufactured. It's in litigation. Which means the 2nd better battery, based on the first one, can't be manufactured either once or if it is developed within 2 years. Do you see the problems??????? Even if you see the problems you can't solve them. Its gone too far for everyone to solve it. It's just a game now.
