Whoa!!! Think on this please! Just hit me while swimming (almost drowned). :)

Melvin said in an answer to a post of the company board about the "hiring of lawyers", that "We need a lawyer to help us with the shorting [ if there is shorting]".

What if it was not just to help get SEC action to force the covering on any shorts?

What if it was for "Legal Action" directly at the Shorts themselves? As in a suit for "cellar boxing", driving the pps down to the floor, etc...
