You mean the alleged fruad... unless you already held the trial and convicted her... b/c last time I checked being indicted isn't being convicted... FAR FROM IT!

And, to your point earlier about grand juries... go read up on how most grand jury pools are formed. Prosecutors often hand pick some of the members, and they pick their favorites b/c they have a history of handing down indictments. When a grand jury is ONLY told one side of a story, and that presentation is shrouded in "bad guy" language, I guess it's easy to see why there is an extremely high percentage of indictments. Then... when the actual trial occurs and the defense gets to actually present its case and many are found not guilty, there is no great mystery why grand juries appear to be an extension of the prosecutors office.
