You are wrong there Howard,

Carol has been acused of doing something illegal in her duties as the CEO of HCPC. Therefore as a shareholder of HCPC it is infact my business.

Had she gotten arrested for DUI or anything NOT envolving HCPC, then it would not be my business.

Carol was not forced to be the CEO, she made that decision herself.

I could care less about anyones wifes or husbands indescressions.
