Hey gotmilk, Thanks for your interest. The Newsletter is more of an example of what can be than something that is. What I mean is that it shows someone interested in that what is possible. I can give them the passwords and let them see the control panel and how it works if they are interested in me installing one for them. I probably won't be publishing many newsletters.

As far as the pcdoctor.com set up I don't see that for me. I find that the PCs that get to me are so messed up with virus and spyware that it's hard to charge people for the amount of time it takes to clean them up right. They are mostly older computers and I advise them that with low prices of today's machines that it's not wise to spend a lot on an older one.

It's still amazing how many people are still not listening to the advise or firewall, anti-virus, and Windows Update. I'm seeing quite a few Gateway owners now that Gateway has closed their area retail units. One lady said that she had been to them 3 times and they reinstalled windows each time. I guess that's more profitable than sitting for hours pulling the junk out.

It still remains to be seen whether my small venture will survive, but I'm hanging my hat on the web design side and not pushing the PC cleanup to hard. I still follow this board regularly as it's a great source of heads up information.
