Doesn't mean they can't withdraw from BK - JPM has what they bought - but looks like WAMU is still left with 5 bil. in cash and assets that could be worth 35 bil. or even more. They still don't know for sure.

So after the sale to JPM, we are now a holding company and if our assets are more then debts who knows - could potentially be huge.
