In all this current financial turmoil HRCT is rather well positioned:

1) HRCT is not associated with any toxic real estate or banking positions.
2) HRCT is outside the meltdown of US financial institutions.
3) HRCT is smack in the center of the world's largest growing economy and is now focused on providing educational tools to that growing student populace.

Add to this that HRCT under new management appears to have access to capital for growth and is expected to soon report some revenue for the first time in years makes these shares IMHO truly valuable.
