If you read the continued paragraph 9 on pg. 4 of the complaint, it states "The commission further requests that the judgment prohibit all defendants except Market 99 Ltd. from participating in the offering of penny stocks." Until final judment, Brola and Milligan can still operate normally. They better make sure all I's are dotted and T's are crossed for the good of the company and the shareholders.
