You are right that the CEO of a Bio-tech company doesn't have to have bio tech experience, but if he isn't, you want to see it in upper management and you want to know he has a wealth of experience in running successful companies.

Successful businessmen who have a history of building successful businesses lead you to believe that there is a reasonable chance that the new business will be a _________ ?

International con men who have a history of conning the investors who start a new "business" lead you to conclude that there is a reasonable chance that the new business will be a ______ ?

Of course, I have proof.. the company lied about India.. the company lied about the identity of the CEO and the company lied about Mr. Butler.

con - "involving abuse of confidence" "to persuade by deception, cajolery, etc." –noun "confidence game or swindle."
"a lie, exaggeration, or glib self-serving talk"

a con is identified by building confidence through lies. That is exactly what is going on here. So, of course I have proved it.

What employees???? Shayne?? Sunny?... The corrupt cop? How many employees do you think this company actually has? I spoke to two of them and it turned out neither were employed? How many more should I interview?
