MDT: You did not mention the size of your trade.

I find this subject very interesting, though it could be purely academic as the WAVX scenario continues to improve.
Late trading with a drop in price could be due to at least 3 reasons:
1) An intended short sale to drive the price down.
2) An investor's desperation sale to access funds (been there, done that).
3) A simple frustration late sell at market.

I would welcome more insight on this issue.
