Since we're quoting posts from elsewhere, this from "Sterling":

I also know the person that had CMKX investigated by the SEC about a month or so ago. The SEC is fine with CMKX.

NO ONE has that kind of influence with the SEC. I'm afraid "Sterling" is talking outta his posterior, as, in my view, he does most of the time.
