The guy could just be making it up, though he seems to be a long. It could also be that he misunderstood what he or his broker misunderstood the information he was given, and that what was meant was that the Nasdaq had blue-sheeted the stock.

That wouldn't be particularly surprising, given the insane volume of recent days.

"My broker called me this morning and said that the NASD regulators have
requested the trading records of CMKX."
