Accipiter w/ASFX (.008)...We know that the two groups where the non-dilutive financing packages are being looked at are the Southridge group and Carter group. Look forward to seeing what materializes next week. Dr. Tirotta has been exploring different options with regards to ASFX and potential partnerships and/or mergers.
