I'm sure you're right. But how many people on this board are intimately familiar with Canadian junior mining companies?
All they basically do in some cases is consolidate the shares outstanding and rename the company with consolidated on the end. And then the next time around they just consolidate the shares again , and remove the consolidated off the end of the name. So I'm afraid that you haven't found anything earth shattering to anyone who has played the Canadian juniors for any length of time.
And of course in the States we say "reverse split" rather than "consolidation". It's kinda hard on shareholders.
