i don't know what the size is when it says 1 or 1,000,000

Last I looked it was 1 share on the bid of 0.0002, and 1 million shares on the ask of 0.0003. That means they're guaranteeing they'll buy one share from you at the quoted price, but are then free to change the quote. They're guaranteeing they'll sell you a million shares at 0.0003, and after that will be free to change the quote.
