The fact that you got no replies to this suggests that most posting here haven't been in CMKX very long, and also that they haven't done their homework.

Anyone know what the/a MRDR transaction is? Thanks.

The company was supposed to merge with MRDR. I haven't looked up the date of the PR, but it was a fairly long time ago. There was never any further news, so my guess is that the idea was dropped almost immediately.
