Sounds like one of those "my cousin's ex-wife's hairdresser said..." posts.

"My broker called me this morning and said that the NASD regulators have requested the trading records of CMKX."

Though if true, it would very likely mean that the NASD had blue-sheeted CMKX. That wouldn't surprise me. And it might explain why the company was demanding a stock audit and changing TAs.
