Nah, he's not. I made an incorrect assumption yesterday concerning the bank issue. I had stated that the most affected area was in home loans...I was wrong. Here were I live, the largest redeveloper was denied a $131 million loan for a huge neighborhood redevelopment project(link below). I stand corrected on my assumption! Apparently this is having a major affect on all real estate projects. I now believe that this is the part that is Not in Order. It's beyond our CEO's hands at this point. If the highest bidder did not get the money for the bid, then I can surely see why there is a problem....which also tells me that this could really be a big dollar amount loan. I'm speculating of course, but there is a huge difference between a $6 million loan and a $15 million loan. I choose to believe that Adam is still doing a fine job and will come through on his end. I know that ultimately it is the business of the shareholder to see the dollars roll in, but at this point I really cant complain about much. I just may take this opportunity to buy more since there is some down time. I usually buy on the way up to help momentum, but I just may try to get more .0004s while I'm waiting. Any thoughts?
