The "Remain Value" for these completed contracts represents work completed, but final contract certification from the Vietnamese government has not yet closed the books on these contracts and final payment is not yet recognized as revenue. The previous auditors have been carrying these uncertified final payments in this special category. The new auditors are pressing for recognizing these "Remain Value" amounts as revenue. Final resolution for this classification is still pending. Accounts receivables are primarily for the management services contracts were services are billed and not yet paid. As to the next Wall Street presentation, we are anticipating a road show in November that will start after release of Q3 numbers in mid November. We anticipate to spend at least 3 days in NYC, followed by visits to Chicago/Milwaukee, Dallas, San Francisco, Portland, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Cavico will also be presenting at the Rodman & Renshaw and Roth Investor Conferences in November.
I will give you a further update as we finalize the schedule.
