Here's another tidbit of info to encourage investors in vietnam. I just stumbled upon it as I was looking at something else.

A major problem with Vietnam and Cavico stock trading is that the volumes and liquidity are low. Maybe teaming with Nasdaq will help solve that problem. Without sufficient trading volume, it's tough on both buyers and sellers which means many investors will be scared away.
