Incorrect...those are not links to anything re: GGLB, just the logo/certification.

Hell, even on the section labeled "Brand" on the ec3 site, there is no mention of GGLB: http://www.ec3global.com/products-programs/green-globe/for-companies/brand/Default.aspx

I still believe GGLB may have some services that can bring in revenue and make it a stock worth investing in, which is why I am holding, but just don't bank on it coming from ec3's Certifications or ANY mention of the Green Globe program on any other website. We're not even mentioned in the freaking wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Globe

When the light goes on, we can begin to discuss the merits of investing in GGLB for what they are. But until then, there is this illusion among many on this board that a stock trading in the 000's is somehow presiding over everything that has that logo attached to it, and I maintain that is just not the case.

"Ownership of the brand" is likely not unique. They are going to make their money on services they offer. Even their (GGLB's) links to the certification process take you to the ec3 site. http://www.greenglobeint.com/operations/benchmarking/

The only service it appears GGLB MIGHT offer is help with the development of standards for communities/precincts/etc, because you can inquire about them directly in-site, but that is it. So if based on them providing THAT service, you think this is a good investment (I think it is), buy. But if it is based on assumption that every hotel that gets Green Globe certified somehow puts $$ in GGLBs pocket, you are wrong....simple as that.

The Green Globe Program is not synonymous with Green Globe International.
