toro / I don't have an answer for you,

but I do note that since the pref's where issued at $0.44, that no shares have traded higher than 0.45 and a total of about 700,000 have traded there. Looks either like a past pref buyer is selling common to lighten up their holdings or Wave has an evergreen offer on the prefs that some common shareholders are taking currently taking advantage of.
