That's what I'm leaning towards as well. But the verbage is again where it is tricky...they always state, "is the owner of Green Globe, the premier international green brand"

THE owner...not AN owner. That's what makes me think their position in re: to this brand/logo may be a unique one.

As many have said, this next 10Q should give us some evidence one way or the other as to what, if anything, these guys can deliver.
