Yeah people just don't see whats going on here. BCND will announcing winning bid and good once. If over 15mil that would put PPS over .0040+ easily. Then after that news about geologist findings and all those other PR's will come out. This can EASILY pass .0085 by end of next month. I think by end of this month we should be well over .0035
