LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2004--Power Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:PWTC - News) has contracted Vebco Technologies, Vancouver, Canada. The Objectives: to produce prototypes for delivery for end users for field trials and testing, to design and develop new technology for the commercial production of our award-winning (www.frost.com) battery technology.

Vebco's team assigned to our project is a group of experienced mechanical engineers and process designers. The five team-members have thoroughly researched Power's patented reticulated technology and are capable to meet this challenge.

As stated by Vebco Technologies team leader Tataru Viorel, PhD, PEng, "We are very excited to have been awarded this contract with Power Technology, Inc. to implement the technology in the field and to bring the reticulated lead-acid battery into the commercial realm.
