Your whole idea hinges on them doing the right thing to protect and even increase shareholder value, which I think I can say with a modicum of certainty, is not foremost in their minds.

I will say that the recent news and developements point to a renewed emphasis on at least acting like a real company with a business model, they do not in my mind go very far in cementing their pedigree or gaining much investor trust, aside from the lotto players of course.

A clear, definable explanation of share structure, a continuing emphasis on new contracts and business, and, at least for me, clearing up the Rivzi/Pawson questions would go a long way toward that end, but you will notice, I am not turning blue holding my breath waiting for that to happen.
