I didn't believe it til I saw it for myself.

I don't think I've ever seen an institutional buuyer on a sub-penny stock. If you do the math they didn't just put in a sample buy either. They plopped down a piece of change yesterday.

This is probably the most optimistic sign I've seen yet.
edit: Institutional buyers often signal positive events to come. Forget focusing on the rumors, watch this IMO.
