BDGR officers as listed on Yahoo Finance. It still looks as if Joe Lanza has only a minority board seat. His name is not even mentioned anywhere in the company profile. That must mean that Joe Lanza is not controlling BDGR and it takes an officer in the company to put out a PR. So if somehow, someway a PR was or has been put out by Joe Lanza or Frohling that would be a crime worthy of the law looking at. I do believe this has happened at least once already and one altered PR as well as we have seen by a repost of the PR as it was prior to being altered.
