See most of you are still living in lala land.

Scrap steel is at its lowest point in 2 years and bricks are worthless. Not to mention the countless environmental hazards (PCB's, Asbestos, etc).

My guess if he could unload the property for $1,500 to $3,000 per acre he would take it after what he learned about the scrap/demolition/abatement markets.

As before, I eagerly await the actual number, if you ever get it.
