Amazing to see a shift from a demand for PRs - to now the opinion that Adam should not put out a PR "because of the condition of the market in general".

As soon as the deal is locked in - the company should announce the details without delay. This will assist in shaping shareholder sentiment to a positive. There are still so many folks sitting on the sideline waiting to see if this deal has actually occured. It is a fact that many still believe it is a "scam" and that the PR left the door wide opem for the CEO to come back and say that the financial ability, proper insurances or licensing requirements" could not be met.

Seeing as how Adam extended the bid timeline for some "major firms". The validation process should be quick.

No delay - If they execute the formal contracts - they need to annouce immediately. Verification of "who" the deal is with - will in itself propell the pps - regardless of market condition or fed announcements.

This is not a recommendation to buy or sell; this is solely my opinion. Please do your own DD.
