odd logic no doubt.

as you assume the pps will go down as rats are fed
to skew the number of shares issued, you also assume
that a buy back would increase pps while depleating
cash available.

tricky situation. all solutions are bad. some worse.
but all bad. i have avocated insiders buying rather
than using corporate funds. some find fault with this
too. however, if insiders put their own money into
the biph story then without wasteing corporate funds
a certain sense of we are all in this together would
be promoted. tricky because they may not be allowed
to buy for some sec requirements. outta my ballpark
of dd.

interestingly, you use a lot of impressive numbers which
reminds me of something my dad said. "if you want folks
to believe you even if you are lieing, use fractions.
everyone will think that you know what you are talking
about."
