I am a realist and had exposure to top management in many companies in my past working history and you just have no idea what goes on in the upper corporate management. Believe me when I say to you they are far from pure.
That said it doesn't prevent them from performing, and in many cases it is an incentive for them to perform. Its nice you have ideals.

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
