Torqputty - I agree. These are fingers in the dike. The state of the economy will not change till the housing, job, and consumer crisis is over. There is no light at the end of the tunnel yet, unless it is the train coming at you.
This will do nothing to help the earnings of tech, retail, or manf. It will just stave off the collapse of a few banks.
Congrats on being long for this correction back up to where we closed last Friday. I was short and have taken this op to add.
