I'm sure it will take some time to finalize! But keep in mind this is a legit company with a real contract imo! Once everything is confirmed this stock will move just like SIVC did from these levels!

My only concern here is the size of the A/S. If they would reduce it from 3B to 2B and buy back some of the O/S this would greatly improve the PPS for BCND!
