RPH offered up images of a passport of a Venezuelan representative who signed the GFA assigning the Ven. bond to RPH trust. Anybody remember who that was? Was it Torres?

If you believe that was a forgery, then, fill your boots, and call up the FBI! Good luck with that.

I hate to tell you this, but a Venezuelan would have a Venezuelan passport. That renders your argument a bit....irrelevant.
