1) Whoever falsely makes,
forges, counterfeits,
mutilates, or alters any
passport or instrument
purporting to be a
passport, with intent that
the same may be used; or
PENALTY: A fine of not more than $2,000
or imprisonment of not more
than five years, or both.
RPH offered up images of a passport of a Venezuelan representative who signed the GFA assigning the Ven. bond to RPH trust. Anybody remember who that was? Was it Torres?
If you believe that was a forgery, then, fill your boots, and call up the FBI! Good luck with that.
Also, is this a forgery?
No. If it was, RPH would be in jail already.
