All this time short selling was allowed until it started hitting deep pockets longs on wall st. They ignored the people that were getting hurt by this in penny stocks all this time. Now all of a sudden it's a problem. Unbelievable.

The whole investment system needs a revamp.
(but too late for many that's lost millions/billions)
