'Stock manipulation' is generally overcome via successful execution of a sound business plan , and/or the reasonable expectations of the market about the likelihood of that happening. Even then , stocks are subject to minor manipulations such as being taken down to take out stop loss orders , or taken up on low volume to entice buying ... but in the face of strong execution that all takes place within the context of a generally rising share price.

Until NeoMedia proves pending success to be the case via revenues-generating activities and constructive partnerships , NEOM will most likely remain subject to erratic fluctuations benefiting those holding the keys to the cash register , e.g. , the MM's and YAGI , and benefiting the penny stock traders who play the swings.
