OK That's a first step..Now what needs to be addressed more importantly is the conflicting issue of MM's controlling pps in relation to their personal interests..After watching the pps fluctuate the way it has on a daily basis for a few months there is no doubt in my mind that it has been done with a certain amount of favoritism involved directly affecting all of us..It's outrageous stock manipulation that needs to have oversight
