Urban's playing cat & mouse & chicken with the MM's

If this speculation is true here is my theory:

He knows which 3 MM's are short. He has communicated to them through
his attornies.
They either start buying back the shares and to do that they have to
raise the pps to shake some shares loose from sellers hands into
theirs.

Or in due time he will take the company private and he will declare
a price which will be tendered... and then depending on them they
can pay it or face legal action.
Urban gives them a long rope and sees if they do the right thing and
increases the share count to work with them and give them some time.

If they decide not to play ball Urban does his thing and takes the
company private and will force their hands in court maybe. I mean
maybe. This could be a cat and mouse game and the actual desired
effect of all this talk is to simply have the mm's just raise the
pps so Urban doesn't have to take it private. I think Urban doesn't
want to do it this way... he'll give the MM's some more time but
that could be running out over the next 4 months. I believe he has
notified them through legal channels they have a certain time to get
the pps up to a specific pps and eliminate the naked. At that time
if they do not he will make good on his proposal to take it private
and try and force them to cover with him personally. Which could be
on Urbans terms if he plays hardball... if this is the case the MM's
are not listening because the pps is still at the bottom right now
and his patients with them will be tested over the summer and into
early September... but that could change and they could move the pps
in that time to buy it back. If the MM's sit tight they
say "whatever" then this could go to court tying it up and try and
get a settlement from Urban for alot less than what he wanted. Which
could bring us into the Mexican standoff with him as a shareholder
if the pps remains flatlined.

If he knows he has 3 specific market makers in the tank he has some
amount of leverage.

He has effectively leaked out to the shareholders parts of his deal
that definetly have gotten the attention of quite a few people... he
is in a cat & mouse game with each of the MM's if this is true as
reported from investors who have met up with him and reported back
here on the board. If the MM's don't meet his demands then this
becomes a game of chicken leading up to court.

That is if all the speculation & hearsay is true this could be a
possiblity.

It all depends on Urbans position he might just be the toughest
negotiator that the MM's have ever came up against. He might just
call their bluff.. what would probably happen is the MM's would line
their attornies up and Urbans his and they would duke it out. What
would happen in the end more than likely is the MM's would try and
cut a deal with Urban a settlement and try to avoid paying him in
full. This could be the MM's strategy right now just let it go to
court and advice from legal counsel. Legal counsel is telling them
just wait around we'll fight we're good we'll get this guy to take a
settlement ya ya ya da da typical attorney talk and you will pay
less down the road.

Here is what could happen... the MM's gambled wrong and listened to
their counsel and they get the crap kicked out of them in court and
they have to pay through the nose plus anything else they tack on
for damages.

Maybe Urban at that time after hassling with these MM's doesn't want
to cut a deal and takes them to the floor and pins them with a half
nelson and says no deal.. you had your chance to do the right thing
now I'm taking you down and hard with no deal being cut.

Which would be a very ugly situation for them and that is what they
are debating more than likely amongst themselves and their counsel
for all 3 MM's involved.

You better believe this is what is going down currently with the
MM's involved.... they are trying to put together an analysis of a
case and or a strategy of what they are going to do with their legal
counsel.
The delay of the release of the core sample analysis for the Carolyn
Pipe is kind of like stalling for time until the MM's decide which
way they want to go. I believe Urban has laid some cards on the
table.. though not all of his cards... like a game of poker through
legal channels and is awaiting word of their position. Either way he
has them I believe... it is actually a simple matter they were
shorting he was and bought them back.

I believe that Urban might have stumbled onto other properties that
might include other precious minerals and the value of their
properties value is substantially higher in value than what we all
can fathom.

I believe if Urban takes us private this could work out to our favor
with even more leverage against the MM's since we don't need them
any longer. Urban forces their hands.. if they don't come to the
table. Then Urban takes this private and we have an even greater
case against the MM's in court because we had to go private and the
damages involved. We then cut the negotiations off and see them in
court because we don't need them amy longer and the MM's will be
crapping their pants because Urban isn't going to play that game. I
could only imagine what the price UC would want if this were to go
to trial. When the MM's lose and they will lose. They would appeal.
Then after that they would eventually be forced to pay up. I wonder
where they would get the money if the MM's insurance companies
doesn't help them out? LOL

This is going to be an amazing story as this unfolds.

That is... if all of this speculation is true.

Maybe I should put a disclamier on this one.

I told all of you I would become more of a moderate.
