Yes, I am being rhetorical. I'm just curious to see if shareholders have prepared themselves for the worst, along with the best. I'm also curious to see if poor results would be that much of a setback considering the large land position and potential for other targets.
I'm not a closet shareholder, but I do have shares in the spin-off, which I got from an "investment" in the old CMKM. They're essentially worthless, but hey, you never know.
Watching the PPS rise would not hurt my feelings...in fact I would be happy for the present shareholders. I just don't have much confidence in this one.
