Dude, I have 9 Acres of Mountain land in Central PA. and taxes has it appraised for $34,000. I have received offers from real estate agents and neighbors for more then $65,000. From what I have been told Mountain land in west and southwest PA. is the same price and more. I'm not bragging I am just stating for the price of the land BCND has. GLTA
