That's a good question. I still don't know why he was not crushed in December. I never got an answer and I have seen absolutely no return on my money since they backed off.

Now I am wondering where Clyde Smith has been hiding himself.

But then again, who knows what motives you or anyone else has here. And who cares?

I told you all I was going to dismantle this company if I lost my money. You think I am the only one?

And there were share holders who went against the majority of you for their own gain.

Basically, no one can hold anything over me including the promise that things will work out. It's not going to work out without agency intervention. Plain and simple. And people will go to jail. And anyone playing the stock dips and rises will be disappointed when trading is halted on the stock. And I will push for that.

Does anyone really think this is going to continue?

Is Lanza laughing at us or wringing his hands? Doesn't matter. His fate is already sealed. There is no deal for him anymore. There is no deal for anyone who contributed to the stealing, lying and thievery here.

Snowcrow, why do you keep making a case for "we're screwed"? You bet we are! It now goes without saying.

And you should not confuse the apparent incompetence of the new BOD with Lanza control. The stock says no one has faith in the new managment. And why should they?
