It is interesting how scottrade does this when the REG SHO rules are being tightened...it is speculated on many boards that scottrade has (naked)shorted many pinksheets and are scrambling to cover...scottrade just says that they are "protecting" investors from buying into a scam. I am with scottrade and am pondering switching to a more reputable broker, if one exists. Notice the lack of a capital letter for scottrades name-I am not happy with them.
