Interesting to read Mr. Bailey's perspective; however, this is one side of the story. To have four or more conspire and go around the head of a company seems a little suspicious. Additionally, can't one take Linda's aggressiveness as her fiduciary responsibility to get the best deal for herself and her shareholders? I am sure the Euros were not happy, if that is the case.

Personally, there is nothing to indicate that this deal will close in two days, and I am not holding my breath. The important thing is that it does close whether this week, next week or in three weeks.

Perhaps a PR will announce that within the next day or so.
