Thought I would share this with the board>>>

As some of you are aware, I have not been at all happy with how this entire thing has gone down, and I have not been afraid to say so. As some of you also know, I have a friend in NY on wall street that is pretty high up there. He has been able to talk to someone close to the situation here in the past, not really getting inside info, but just a feel for how things are going.

Well he talked to whomever he does again today apparently. From what he tells me, all is "very close" and there is a strong chance things close this week as scheduled. If not very soon after. Needless to say this has greatly put my mind at ease and I will refrain from any further criticisms here unless something drastically bad happens, which I dont foresee. My buddy is still looking for 10 cents by the closing date arrives.

Lets hope so.
