Nope, the "own worst enemies" are those who continued to buy into the dilution when it reached no bid and then trumpeted how successful they were in acquiring "cheapies". There was no pressure on this company to deliver with such a willing audience. Audited financials promised for a pinksheet month after month when there is no way it could have taken that long.

As long as there was willing participants to support the companies insatiable habit of paying the bills at the shareholders expense, there was no pressure to actually be accountable. Now you see the result....a bloated mess. A company that is most likely within striking distance of its 16 billion share AS ceiling with current trading volume in the dirt.
