Ouch, that hurts.


At this point (right before Labor Day and with half the population on vacation) I seriously doubt STRU management will release the refiling before Labor Day.

My guess is that they will wait till after Labor Day or the Week of Sept 11th........to add momentum to other announcements concerning the BSF....first piggies born from nonsurg ET....etc.
